Board names Andrea Couch, Naya Furtick and Israfol Brandon to county advisory bodies; ties noted

Williamson told the board there was a tie for two additional nominees and offered members the choice to re-vote that evening or hold a decision at a later meeting. Commissioners opted to proceed with the re-vote that night and Williamson distributed reprinted ballots.
