Selectboard convenes Water and Sewer Commissioners to review draft rules; public comment dates set

At 6:43 p.m. the Selectboard adjourned its session and convened the Board of Water Commissioners; Bruce Baccei moved the motion, seconded by Linda Doty, and it passed unanimously. The Water Commissioners received a draft update of the Public Drinking Water System Rules and Regulations and were asked to bring suggestions to the August 24, 2026 meeting.
At 7:17 p.m. the board adjourned the Water Commissioners and convened the Board of Sewer Commissioners; Bruce Baccei moved the motion, seconded by Albert Wenta, and the motion passed unanimously. The Sewer Commissioners received the draft Public Sewage Systems Rules and Regulations and were asked to bring suggestions to the September 14, 2026 meeting. The boards then exited commission sessions and resumed the Selectboard meeting without taking final votes on the rule updates.
