Principal Rhonda Corippo said the current stage is "damaged beyond safe use" and requested a replacement with stage chairs and skirting for the CTE performing-arts pathway. Corippo also described the proposed stadium food unit as a 20-foot sea train that includes air conditioning, counters, a refrigerator, a sink and storage; she told trustees that "it is not permitted so it does not need DSA approval," and that the existing tough shed would be moved to the JV field. Trustees approved both purchases in motions recorded during the meeting.
The purchases are intended to support school performances and stadium concessions; the board directed staff to coordinate required electrical and plumbing work and to confirm any local permitting needs with district maintenance and MOT.
