Trustee Elisabeth Parish moved to approve the position; Jack Thornburg seconded and the motion passed with all trustees present voting yes.
The temporary hire is intended to keep TK classes within legal caps and preserve instructional quality while staff monitor enrollment and the master schedule. The board asked staff to proceed with hiring and to return with any further staffing implications in future personnel reports.
