The North Las Vegas City Council honored Create’s expansion on Oct. 1, announcing the company’s third manufacturing facility in the city—a 572,000‑square‑foot operation across two buildings in the Sun Pointe Commercial Center meant to serve the Western United States.
“Create’s expansion in North Las Vegas is projected to create a significant number of full‑time jobs and will generate over $90,000,000 in new sales from the Home Depot partnership alone,” the chair said during the presentation. A company representative told the council the firm chose North Las Vegas for a West Coast facility earlier this year and expects a long, mutually beneficial relationship with the community. “We were looking for a West Coast facility… North Las Vegas was one of the key ones that we were looking at,” the representative said.
