DPW and Highway reports: park work, lighting, pothole patrol and refurbished stove for train station

The Highway Department described routine lot maintenance and work on Main Street, including completed work at the new Yoakum Street Park with a berm still to be finished in spring 2025. The department flagged a need to evaluate intersection lighting at Melville and Secatogue and reported a decision connected to an Altice/LIRR plan to tunnel under the tracks on North Main Street. The Highway note also records that a LIRR Pot Belly Stove was refurbished by Doug Ketchum of the Highway Department for installation at the Farmingdale Train Station.
