Public commenter asks for minute edits and clarity on HDV cap language

Myers requested that the algebra equation used to account for variation in working days be included and that the minutes correctly identify which groups were referenced by pay increases (she said employees who received a 5% increase were referred to as “in‑house” and those with 4.5% were referred to as “certificated and classified,” but minutes labeled them "unrepresented" and "represented"). She also sought clarity on when the ECCOE HDV cap change had taken effect and noted that the cap is a negotiated item.
In response, the Board moved to approve the consent agenda but pulled Item 8.2 (the June 15 minutes) for revision consistent with the public comment; the minutes record the consent motion and note that Item 8.2 was pulled for the requested wording changes.
