CCOE reports progress on Education Village upgrades, greenhouse plans, and technology upgrades

Facilities Director Jamie Lay and staff reported completed asphalt work, added offices at C3, and a converted classroom for meetings.
Board members and staff also discussed relocating greenhouse panels from the soon‑to‑be‑purchased Colusa property to the Village and possibly to districts; staff noted disassembly and transport costs, with groups taking surplus inventory responsible for removal expenses. The Board toured the Village in April 2025 and discussed security sensor placement, drying rooms, and naming classroom C2 for Hugh and Sally Jones.
