Trustees send letter of concern to CSBA over CCBE dissolution and transition

Trustees said they had received CSBA materials and a rebuttal letter from CSBA leadership and that county representatives will monitor the transition and training schedules. The board also discussed SB 1380 (a separate Senate bill referenced by trustees) and its potential impact on county board authority over countywide charters; staff noted the timing made a legislative letter moot for that bill but kept the CSBA letter as an advocacy step.
