The Chatom Union School District Board of Trustees voted to approve the Consent Calendar, which included minutes, fiscal warrants and payroll, a declaration of obsolete items, and the collection of developer fees. The board recorded the Consent Calendar approval by motion (Motion: Rob Santos; Second: Alison Carvalho; Vote: Ayes 4).
On governance business the board also "voted for both candidates listed on the ballot" for the 2025 CSBA Delegate Assembly. Both the consent items and the CSBA ballot were approved with recorded unanimous votes; no additional discussion or amendments were noted in the public minutes.
