"Staff recommends approving the selection and agreement with Trek Design Group for a fee not to exceed $471,267.25," the presenter said. Committee members asked clarifying questions about prior supplements and original contract amounts; staff summarized the original agreement and supplemental history before moving and unanimously recommending both items.
