The Board approved a request from St. Kilian Parish to ticket vehicles illegally parked in handicap spaces in the parish’s parking lot on Conklin Street across from the church (RESOLVED #2025-03-23). Trustee Craig Rosasco moved the resolution; Trustee Walter Priestley seconded.
Separately, the Board approved the transfer of village property to 345 Staples Street as identified in the attached survey to enable collection of taxes on that parcel (RESOLVED #2025-03-25). Village Attorney Claudio DeBellis was assigned to follow up with a letter to the applicant.
