Superintendent outlines summer facilities work, potential PreK addition and summer food success

Superintendent Weddle presented the district's plan for summer work projects and noted an item to move the fuel barrel. He said the board will conduct a self-evaluation in July to be reviewed at the fall Board Retreat and that Clark Enersen will meet with the Facilities Committee to consider potential facility improvements, including a possible addition of PreK classrooms and updates to the press box.
Weddle also reported that the Summer Food program has been "very successful" and thanked staff and workers involved in meal delivery; he reminded patrons who signed up to pick up meals to remember to collect them.
