Board sets 2026–27 student meal prices; small increases for lunches

During the June 8 meeting, Eric Brockmann moved and Holly Hunke seconded a motion to set school meal prices for the 2026–27 school year. The motion passed with recorded yea votes from Brockmann, Hunke, Eunice Ramirez, Steve Blocher, Herb Hasenkamp and Steve Hughes.
Under the approved schedule, student breakfast remains $2.38; PK–4 lunch increases from $3.35 to $3.40; grades 5–12 lunch increases from $3.55 to $3.60. Adult lunch increases from $4.25 to $4.30. The board did not record any dissenting votes in the meeting transcript.
