Entrepreneurs propose Club Greyhound on riverfront, request $150,000 forgivable loan

Craig Reprecht and his partner Holly presented a business plan for Club Greyhound, a riverfront cocktail and cigar lounge they said will draw on local history and host elevated yet approachable menus and events. Reprecht said he has signed an intent to lease ground-floor space in the 812 Building and is projecting an opening roughly in April of next year.
Reprecht said they are seeking a $150,000 forgivable loan from the town's forgivable-loan program and are already investing about $100,000 of their own cash; he said they may also receive startup assistance from the landlord. The council welcomed the presentation and staff indicated the application and supporting materials will be circulated for review.
