Staff told the council RW Moore has been overseeing utility design and new street grade profiles for the South Clarksville redevelopment area, and that staff are pleased with the firm's services. "Staff recommends the council approve a general service agreement with RW Moore Engineering," the presenter said. The council approved the consent agenda as amended and then approved the agreement on a unanimous voice vote.
The agreement establishes fees and a basis for project‑specific estimates should the town require RW Moore's services in the future.
