Charles Morgan moved and Dale Glymph seconded a motion for a five-minute recess at 9:00 a.m.; the minutes state the motion "passed unanimously." Charles Morgan later moved and Mayor Brian Ramey seconded a motion for a ten-minute recess at 10:10 a.m.; that motion also "passed unanimously." At the close of the session, Charles Morgan moved and Daby Snipes seconded a motion to adjourn at 11:50 a.m.; the adjournment motion "passed unanimously." The minutes were submitted by City Clerk Kiley Carter.
These motions were procedural; no substantive votes on ordinances or budget adoption occurred at the workshop.
