Dale Glymph was sworn to complete an unexpired term concluding in December 2027; Jamie Jones, Charles Morgan and Jimmy Powell were sworn to four-year terms running January 2026 through December 31, 2029.
Mayor Brian Ramey presided over the event. The minutes list City Administrator Kevin Bronson, Assistant City Administrator Reagan Osbon, City Clerk Kiley Carter, Police Chief Fred Miller, Fire Chief Michael Smith, Utilities Director Scott Parris and Finance Manager Ashley Jones among those in attendance, along with members of the public and press. The minutes record that "The above council members were sworn in with the oath of office." The minutes also state that there were no comments from council members following the swearing-in and that the ceremony concluded.
