Council authorizes water infrastructure agreement for 125 Armstrong Road

The council approved a Development Infrastructure Construction Agreement between the City of Westminster and LJ Acquisitions LLC for water service at 125 Armstrong Road (Tap Map #252-00-02-001). City Administrator Kevin Bronson said the annexation covenant is in place, the engineer’s plans were reviewed for city specifications, and final contract approval is pending completion of remaining administrative steps.
Bronson told council the sewer service for the development will be handled by OJRSA and that approval would give him authority to sign the agreement with the contractor. The motion to approve was made by Adam Dunn and seconded by Dale Glymph and passed unanimously.
