Mrs. Bratton asked whether costs to convey or construct the sewer easements fall to the developer or homeowners; the Town Manager said easement acceptance entails costs that will be paid by the responsible party and that he will obtain more information from the Town Engineer for the next meeting. The council approved the motion to set the hearing unanimously.
