Tanisha Jones (liaison) reviewed recent events and social metrics. She said the 30-day event window produced about 12,000 profile visits and that commission posts received 826 views, but organizers had difficulty finding user-submitted art via hashtags and recommended changing tracking to account-tagging or using the event app. "So I posted some of those here, not as much as last year, but we still got 826 views," Jones said.
Jones also described the Art Supply Swap as a success: volunteers (including Shan and Jeremy) ran skill-swap tables, community members remained throughout the day waiting for new supplies, and several nonprofits and companies contributed in-kind donations. Commissioners discussed adding paid Spanish-language support to improve inclusivity at future events.
