Commission adds 2027 project ideas; adopts agenda and approves March minutes

The chair said commissioners will capture ideas for the 2027 budget using an online form: "we will send out a Microsoft forms link for you to go and put in your top 3 project ideas for 2027," the chair said. Responses will be collected, prioritized, and given to the liaison to translate into possible dollar amounts for budget planning; commissioners agreed to the process and a follow-up email from the liaison is expected.
