DDA chair says 180-square-foot sale complete; Geo Hydro returns to sample for Brownfield application

“The transit transaction to sell our little 180 square feet of property to Tap and Market is all done…signed off, and all the documents are sealed and delivered,” the chair said. The chair also reported that Geo Hydro returned to the site to take additional samples for a Brownfield application and described recent borings as shallow. A board member noted the borings were “handheld boring” and the samples appeared innocuous, suggesting no immediate cause for delay in the application process.
Board members did not take formal action beyond the update; the sampling was described as routine and the Chair said the matter is now “behind us” pending the Brownfield application process.
