Jill Clements noted the city previously acquired additional right-of-way for the Nagel Crossings project, which shifted the setback line; staff said the proposed parking nonetheless aligns with surrounding development. Michael Bulger moved to approve and Kurt Schatschneider seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
