At the March 16 meeting, the council voted to move into a committee-of-the-whole executive session to discuss potential litigation. The clerk called the roll and recorded six members voting to enter executive session.
After the executive session the council returned to regular session; Mayor Mark R. Frey stated that no final decisions were made during the closed session and that any subsequent public actions would be recorded when taken. The meeting proceeded to adjourn without additional public action on litigation.
