David Heideman told the board he wants to widen his existing 12-foot driveway by two feet on each side, creating a 16-foot driveway and modifying the apron area where setbacks compress toward the property line. The application sought relief from C.O. 1262.08(c)(3) to place part of the apron between 3 and 6 feet from the property line while the remainder of the driveway would meet the six-foot setback.
Chair Mark Ladegaard said the request was reasonable and the board had no questions; Chauncey Miller moved and Bill Hricovec seconded the approval. "The vote was: 'AYES' all," the secretary recorded. The board did not attach additional conditions beyond standard permitting and conformance to the submitted drawings.
