After completing agenda business the board moved to adjourn; the meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m. on a motion by President Hynes and second by Trustee Sarah Halvorson. Attendance for the meeting was recorded by Clerk-Treasurer Ann Gerlich as Alicia Hynes, Sarah Halvorson, Joe Leto, Sam Pelot and Breah Klemp present; no members were absent.
