Residents urge clearer placement of veterans' banners and action on stormwater damage

Two residents spoke during public comment. Cassandra Ross said stormwater improvements implemented since spring 2024 have caused damage to her property, that work exceeded the easement and that her emails to the town have been ignored. She told council she had been mischaracterized and said the leadership had "manipulation, gaslighting" dynamics; Councilmembers and Chair said Historic Preservation Commission members and public‑works staff would take the complaints back for follow up.
