City Manager Michael Johnson told council the administration will propose reorganizing wastewater and water leadership by creating a Utility Director position (planned to be Jimmy Jenkins) and folding major water and wastewater projects through the engineering department. "We calculate the savings of this reorganization at $122,000," Johnson said; council was asked to review a packet and prepare questions for next week when the administration may sunshine the ordinance.
