Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-52, amending codified ordinance 145.09 (longevity pay), after its reading at the June 16 meeting. Mayor Petrella announced the reading and Mr. McManamon called the question; the ordinance passed by roll call with five ayes and one no.
"You’ve heard the reading of Ordinance No. 2026-52," Mayor Petrella said before the vote. The roll call tally was Hoover, McManamon, Terpenning, Walker, and Albaugh voting aye; Mr. Mayo voted no. Mayor Petrella declared the ordinance duly adopted; he noted it becomes effective upon the mayor’s signature.
