The Calumet County Parks Commission on March 5 unanimously approved a resolution authorizing staff to apply for grant funding to repair the Stockbridge Boat Harbor wall. Citizen Member Ken Draheim moved the measure and Supervisor Pete Stier seconded; the motion "carried unanimously."
Parks Director Adam Backus reviewed the resolution and the scope of the repair during the meeting. The item was presented as part of a package of shoreline and harbor maintenance requests discussed by staff at the March meeting.
