Chair announced that item 4B had been removed from the agenda and would be tabled until the April 14, 2026 meeting; no action on the item will be taken until that later date. Nam Pham and one public commenter addressed the commissioners despite the tabling and the public commenter asked the body to reject proposed amendments to the North Shore framework, saying the area already has an oversupply of multifamily housing.
"I urge you to reject this request for planned development, zoning allowing varying lots and home sizes," the commenter said, arguing recent projects have added hundreds of apartment units that remain under‑utilized and that shifting land from employment uses to medium‑density housing would contravene the adopted North Shore framework. The chair reminded speakers the item is tabled and invited them to return on April 14 to present further testimony.
