Neighbor warns of fire-safety and access risks at 6602 Warwick Drive

"There was a hole in the roof from November 2023 to April 2025," he said, and argued the exterior materials (he described vinyl siding/fencing as a fuel source) could increase fire risk.
Hassan asked the council to uphold a prior Board of Adjustment decision and to request a written safety finding from the fire marshal and the building official to determine whether the structure complies with applicable codes. No building official or fire marshal responded during the work session; council members did not take action but heard requests for staff to document safety findings in writing.
