Council considered Ordinance No. 26-036, a zoning measure to rezone dual-jurisdiction lots (#10232-10235) to the Shadow Creek Planned Unit Development (PUD) and adopt regulations for the new district. Sponsor Mike Reese said he would move the ordinance to fourth reading and the minutes record a public hearing scheduled for April 7, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.
The ordinance was forwarded by the Planning Commission on January 5, 2026 and was discussed previously by the Economic Development & Planning committee. The meeting minutes do not record public testimony at this session; the scheduled April 7 hearing will provide an opportunity for public comments and formal testimony on the rezoning.
