During the agenda review the committee listed several separate ordinances authorizing the Director of Public Service to apply for, accept, and enter into state loan agreements for planning, design, or construction. The projects identified in the meeting minutes were:
• Dawna Drive water line replacement (Ordinance No. 26-043) • Lead Service Verification Phase II (Ordinance No. 26-044) • Airport Water Looping Phase II (Ordinance No. 26-045) • New Low Side Water Tower Project (Ordinance No. 26-046) • Good Avenue water line replacement (Ordinance No. 26-047) • Smoke and Dye Testing Areas 6 & 8 (Ordinance No. 26-048)
Sponsors for each item were noted (Tom Stugmyer, Zach Berger, Chris Maxwell, as applicable) and council members indicated they would 'suspend and call' or otherwise move the items forward. Council did not record final loan awards at this meeting; these items authorize staff to apply for and, if awarded, accept state loan funds with a designated repayment source.
