Administrator: uptown crosswalk work advancing, comp plan engagement continues

Village Administrator Miss Lupton updated the council on public works and community engagement items.
She reported that uptown crosswalk crews have started pouring concrete and will soon move to internal islands, and warned of traffic coordination next Friday for bee deliveries on Maple Street. She also thanked residents for participating in the comprehensive plan meeting and noted an online survey is live so more stakeholders can contribute. "The survey is now live online, with the same, reflection of the materials and the the story that was heard that night so everyone can participate," she said.
Administrator Lupton also reminded the council that the 'pooch paddle' event concludes the aquatic center season next Monday at 5:00 p.m., and that staff will keep the council updated on timelines and coordination needs for uptown work.
