Board of Adjustment approves setback variance for Two‑GM, LLC at Pullman Airport Road

The Whitman County Board of Adjustment unanimously approved Variance VAR 26‑001 on March 12, 2026, permitting Two‑GM, LLC to reduce the westerly side setback at 5951 Pullman Airport Road from the required 20 feet to 10 feet. Chair Larry Cochran announced the outcome after the Board voted, “Variance 26-001 is approved.”

Board staff presented Findings of Fact noting the variance application was filed Feb. 3, 2026; staff said the 20-foot setback would restrict vehicle maneuvering on the site and the adjoining landowner provided a letter of consent.
