Staff reports grading complete for VEA electrical work; well project has one bidder

Town staff said grading is complete to allow Valley Electric Association (VEA) to perform electrical work; one bid was received for the well project and will be routed to the BOCC for approval. Fencing of the well may be completed in-house.
Debra Strickland updated the committee on utilities work at the OHV park site.
"Grading done for (VEA) to do their electrical work. One bidder for the well project, bid still to be determined for approval to the BOCC. Fencing off the well may be done inhouse by town staff," Strickland reported. The committee recorded that electrical work can proceed once VEA schedules its work and that the well procurement will move through the BOCC approval process.
No public comment was recorded on the utilities item. The committee did not take a formal action at the meeting; staff will advance the procurement and coordinate any in-house fencing work as appropriate.
