S2 and Abby (S4) outlined the FY2025 schedule: staff will prepare a draft budget for the September meeting and the board should aim to approve or finalize it for a PARIS upload by Oct. 31. Abby reminded the board that she is assembling the chart of accounts in QuickBooks and will key draft numbers into the PARIS system as part of the process.
Board members agreed to review the draft in September and either adopt it then or take additional time in October for further research; once uploaded, the budget will be finalized in the authority system.
