Els Architecture and Urban Design presented the preferred concept and design for the Kerman Area Multi‑Generational Resiliency Center during the April 8 meeting. Clarence Mamuyac delivered the presentation; staff had recommended that the council receive the presentation, discuss the concept, and provide input on the preferred option.
Councilmembers offered feedback on the concept but took no formal action to adopt a plan. Public input on the design was received from Jason Royal and Felipa Flores. The item will remain in staff planning until a future action item is agendized if the council requests revisions.
