Councilmember Herrera moved to approve the payroll and related consent items; Councilmember Dhaliwal seconded and the motion passed 5–0 (Ayes: Herrera, Dhaliwal, Yep, Hall, Pacheco). Approving warrants and payroll cleared regular operating payments for city departments and contracted services.
