- Minutes: Council Member Tom Stugmyer moved and Council Member Mike Reese seconded approval of the March 10 and 17, 2026 Committee minutes. "All members voted in favor of the motion," the Clerk recorded; minutes were approved.
- Ordinance assignments: The Clerk assigned Ordinance No. 26-050 (warrant up to $15,762 to Medina County Emergency Management Agency) and Ordinance No. 26-051 (warrant up to $88,900 to Woodlawn Cemetery). Council Members Jon Yurchiak and Chris Maxwell agreed to sponsor those ordinances respectively.
- Other items: The Committee reviewed bond ordinances (26-041 and 26-042) including the Downtown Improvement Project financing and received an administration update on scope, CMR engagement and timing for GMPs. Ordinance No. 26-036 (Shadow Creek PUD rezoning) was moved to next reading because of an evening public hearing.
- Adjournment: Council Member Tom Stugmyer moved to adjourn and President Dan Rospert adjourned the meeting at approximately 6:20 p.m.
