“Tim Beechek from Signs Inc.” told the commission the new signage would match prior dimensions and, for the building sign, “it's actually smaller in square footage than was originally there.” Staff recommended the commission deem the application a Type II SECRA action; the commission did so, then approved the appeal with two conditions requiring notification to the Department of Public Works for inspection after installation.
Commissioners spoke only briefly and there was no public comment. The approval was carried by unanimous voice vote.
