Staff also said a cost-saving substitution to HDPE pipe reduced expenses by about $1,800, with the final code-required copper remaining only in the last 10 feet.
Council moved to accept the work as complete, seconded and approved the motion with no opposition. Staff will file the notice of completion and release retention after the standard lien period.
