Staff reported the tennis court ADA project is essentially complete, with remaining punch-list items to be closed out at an upcoming meeting. The dual-fuel emergency generator project has started site work; staff said contractor work on site will likely finish in July, procurement of the generator is expected in late October or early November, and final installation/testing would follow with a December 9 closeout date.
On the water-main relocation, staff said the city is awaiting bond certification from the contractor and anticipated trenching to begin this week. The council directed staff to return with updates as the projects progress and to evaluate a requested minor adjustment to a fence for improved spectator viewing at the courts.
