Council approved motions to release performance bonds and accept a maintenance bond for phases of the American Reserve development and took formal readings on a set of annexation and zoning items.
The mayor read motions to release performance bonds and accept maintenance bonds for Sub Area B and Sub Area C, and council members voiced assent. The mayor then moved through a set of resolutions and ordinances including a pre-annexation agreement with Clayton Properties Group, authorization to enter a pre-annexation with Pulte Homes, proposed amendments to planning and zoning chapters on signs and mobile vendors, a stormwater utility ordinance, and a purchase-authority resolution for a property at 142 Church Street (TBD Holdings LLC). The record shows Resolution 43-2025 was approved; several other items were on first reading and will return for later action.
