Tilley explained the change follows a 6% increase in premiums. If employees keep their current plan, Tilley said they will see "approximately a $30 increase per pay"; a new, less expensive third plan will save employees about $3 per pay if selected. The board did not alter the county’s $740 monthly contribution level.
