Borthwick described Happy Hive after-school growth (now serving 9'''11 students per day with year-to-date revenue of $51,000), a 312-player basketball league for 2026, and an overall projected revenue for the department near $1,000,000 for the fiscal year ending 2026 against a budget of about $907,000. She noted increased expenses driven by contract instructors and added daily staffing (Kids Club increased from 2 to 3 staff) to meet safety ratios.
