Commission appoints Lynn Siegel, approves advertising for watershed and planning seats and backs Western Prairie DHS grant letter

On a motion by Commissioner Dwight Nelson, seconded by Commissioner Chad Metz, the Board appointed Lynn Siegel to the Western Prairie Human Services Safety Committee. The Board also unanimously approved advertising to fill a Bois de Sioux Watershed District Board position (term expiring in April) and two Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment positions (terms expiring in March).
The Board agreed that Commissioners Kayla Schmidt and Dwight Nelson will continue to serve as the county's Western Prairie representatives; Director Stacy Hennen will attend quarterly meetings to present departmental updates. The Board also approved a Western Prairie DHS grant letter of support unanimously (motion by Nelson, seconded by Metz).
