County staff presented a design and application package to the BLM for a proposed parking area along Red Raider (Redgrave) Road and requested authorization to submit the application to the Buffalo (Wyoming) BLM field office. The board authorized the chair to sign and submit the application; staff noted a construction cost estimate and said funding would be addressed only if and when the BLM approves the project and conveys conditions for work.
Separately the commission considered two road-vacation resolutions. County Engineer Ken Muller said petitions and required notices for a portion of Dana Avenue and for a portion of County Road 141 (Old Banner Story Road) had run their course with no objections or damage claims. The board adopted both resolutions to finalize the vacations and authorized the chair to sign.
